1. Guests staying at Q Apartamenty are kindly asked to follow the rules of safe and cultural recreation. The principle of respecting the good of neighborly relations applies.
2. Quiet time is valid in the facility from 22:00 to 7:00
3. We do not organize parties, stag or Bachelorette parties!
4. The registration system applies. Guests are required to show ID upon check-in.
5. Accommodation begins after the entire payment for the stay has been made.
6. The number of people indicated in the booking may stay in the apartment.
7. Only accommodated guests stay on the premises. It is not possible to enter visitors.
8. The day starts at 14:30 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. Extension of the day is possible, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
9. The apartment is booked after booking on the website www.qapartamenty.pl and paying the advance payment of 30%, or after booking on the booking.com website, or after contacting us by phone. The remaining amount payable 6 days before the start of the stay. The payment also constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
10. The down payment is not refundable at the time of the guest & resignation.
11. The apartment includes bed linen, towels, disposable cosmetics for the rental period.
12. Change of bed linen and towels, for longer stays, free of charge at the Guest request. In emergency situations (due to the fault of the guest) possible for an additional fee.
13. Please throw your own garbage into the containers located in front of the entrance gate.
14. Underage children on the premises of the facility remain under the care of their parents or legal guardians.
15. We are not responsible for personal and valuable items left in the facility. For your safety, please close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
16. Guests can use the car park on the premises free of charge. There is one car per apartment.
17. The owner is not responsible for damage to vehicles or property left in them.
18. We do not accept animals.
19. The rules of fire protection must be observed. Do not leave open fire (candles, heaters, etc.) unattended, do not use your own electric heating devices that are not part of the apartments equipment or other that may cause a fire hazard, or leave chargers and other electrical devices connected to sockets.
20. Smoking and taking other drugs is strictly prohibited in the apartments and in the building.
Smoking only in designated places (2 gardens located in the parking lot).
Violation of the smoking ban in the apartments will result in a fine of PLN 1,000 (one thousand)!
Violation of any of the other points of the regulations will result in a fine of PLN 1,000 (PLN one thousand) and more.
If the room is not rented out to the next guest due to disregarding the non-smoking policy, we will claim compensation for the non-renting in addition to the special cleaning fee.
21. For devastation, acts of vandalism, theft, damage to equipment in the apartment and the
resulting consequences – the need to replace the equipment with new, additional repair work, guests
will be charged additional fees.
22. Please do not remove or move the furniture that is part of the apartment’s equipment.
23. In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on tourist services shall apply accordingly.
24. It is forbidden to use your own speakers on the premises, with your own music that disturbs the stay of other guests.
25. Please be advised that the facility is monitored 24 hours a day.
26. The owner reserves the right to demand leaving the area of Q Apartments by Guests who do not comply with the Regulations, in particular those who grossly disturb the peace of neighbors and other people staying in the area of Q Apartments.
